Abstract

Estrategias, sistemas, composiciones y métodos para la producción eficaz de clones celulares con inserción génica sin genes indicadores. Un gen esencial se establece como diana usando un casete de inserción génica que comprende una secuencia de codificación exógena de un producto génico de interés (o "secuencia de carga") en marco con y cadena abajo (3') de una secuencia de codificación exógena o una secuencia de codificación parcial del gen esencial.
