Abstract

Un método para fabricar una lámina base de papel tissue incluye: (a) formar una trama incipiente a partir de una pasta de papel acuosa de fibra para fabricación de papel; (b) aplicar una composición acuosa de celulosa nanofibrilar a una superficie de la trama incipiente; y (c) secar la trama incipiente para proporcionar la lámina base de papel tissue. Típicamente la lámina base se construye con un sustrato de papel tissue de fibra celulósica para fabricación de papel que tiene aplicado a una superficie de este una capa de celulosa nanofibrilar, el sustrato de papel tissue tiene un peso base de 15 g/m2 a 30 g/m2 y la capa de celulosa nanofibrilar tiene un peso de recubrimiento de 0.25 g/m2 a 3 g/m2. El producto puede incorporarse en el papel tissue de baño de 2 hojas o 3 hojas.
