Abstract

En un aspecto, las modalidades descritas en la presente se relacionan a la producción de vectores de suministro de gen a base de adenovirus completamente suprimido, empaquetados sin el uso de un virus ayudante adenoviral, y más particularmente en su uso en la transferencia de genes y la expresión de proteínas, desarrollo de vacuna e ingeniería celular. En otro aspecto, se describe la producción de vectores adenovirales suprimidos de todos los genes adenovirales que llevan genes de interés con actividades perjudiciales o tóxicas a las células eucariotas.
