En un aspecto de ejemplo, un método de procesamiento de video incluye realizar una conversión entre un video que comprende una o más imágenes en una o más capas de video y un flujo de bits de un video, en donde el flujo de bits comprende una secuencia de video codificada que incluye una o más unidades de acceso, y en donde el flujo de bits comprende además un primer elemento de sintaxis que indica si una unidad de acceso incluye una imagen para cada capa de video que forma la secuencia de video codificada.
