Abstract
En el presente documento se describen métodos para preparar composiciones que contienen oligonucleótidos. Los métodos de esta descripción implican someter una solución acuosa de un oligonucleótido a ultrafiltración / diafiltración (UF/DF) para formar un retenido que contenga el oligonucleótido, donde la ultrafiltración/diafiltración (UF/DF) se lleva a cabo utilizando una solución de tampón acuosa que contiene una o más sales. También se describen en este documento composiciones que contienen oligonucleótidos obtenidas mediante estos métodos.
