Abstract

Un procedimiento para el tratamiento de mezclas de gases que contienen gas ácido, para la eliminación de dicho gas ácido de las mezclas de gases, que comprende una etapa de absorción realizada en una mezcla de gases que contiene gas ácido mediante un sistema de disolventes que contiene al menos un disolvente líquido de absorción para eliminar de la mezcla de gases el gas ácido contenido en la misma y formar una mezcla de gases pobre, de la que se ha eliminado al menos una parte del gas ácido, y un disolvente enriquecido que contiene el gas ácido; y una etapa de regeneración, en la que el disolvente enriquecido se somete a una etapa de separación gas/líquido mediante un proceso de vaporización para separarlo del gas ácido absorbido y producir un flujo de gas ácido y un disolvente regenerado que se recircula a la etapa de absorción; en donde el sistema de disolventes contiene al menos un disolvente líquido de absorción seleccionado entre los líquidos iónicos conmutables.
