Abstract

Se describe un método para la síntesis de un ARN bicatenario terapéutico (ARNbct), que comprende: a) sintetizar un primer ARN monocatenario (primer ARNmc) en una primera reacción de síntesis con PNPasa como la única ARN polimerasa; b) sintetizar un segundo ARN monocatenario (segundo ARNmc) en una segunda reacción de síntesis con PNPasa como única ARN polimerasa; y c) hibridar el primer ARNmc con el segundo ARNmc para formar el ARNbct; en donde la etapa a) y la etapa b) se realizan en cualquier orden. También se describe un producto producido por el método.
