Abstract

La presente descripción se refiere en general a una bandeja contenedora para la recolección de hongos de tipo botón cultivados comercialmente. La presente descripción trata de una bandeja de contenedor para la recolección de hongos que no sólo puede usarse para almacenar temporalmente los hongos cosechados (recogidos) durante el proceso de recolección, sino que la bandeja también puede almacenar y retener eficazmente los hongos no recortados en su lugar durante el recorte, de manera que los tallos de los hongos pueden recortarse mientras están alojados en la bandeja, aumentando así sustancialmente la eficiencia de la recolección de hongos. Por ejemplo, la bandeja mantiene el hongo firme mientras una cuchilla u otro mecanismo de corte recorta simultáneamente una pluralidad de tallos de hongos. La presente descripción también se refiere a un dispositivo de clasificación que determina si los hongos son aceptables y retira los hongos aceptables de la bandeja después de que los tallos hayan sido cortados y simultáneamente clasifica los hongos aceptables de acuerdo a su respectivo tamaño, forma, color, peso y/u otra característica.
