Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ácido lipoteicoico aislado de bifidobacterias cultivadas en exceso de glucosa que tiene actividad reductora de grasa, siendo así útil para el aprovechamiento en los siguientes ámbitos de aplicación: alimentos y bebidas, pienso para animales, incluyendo alimento para mascotas, suplementos nutricionales, alimentación infantil, cosméticos (incluyendo nutricosméticos), alimentos médicas y aplicaciones farmacéuticas y veterinarias, entre otros.
