Abstract
Se describen aparatos y métodos para su uso con una muestra de sangre. Mediante el uso de un microscopio (24), se adquieren tres imágenes de un campo de formación de imágenes microscópicas de la muestra de sangre, cada una de las imágenes se adquiere mediante el uso de respectivas condiciones de formación de imágenes diferentes, y la primera de las tres imágenes se adquiere bajo la formación de imágenes de campo claro con luz violeta. Mediante el uso de al menos un procesador de computadora (28), se genera una imagen microscópica artificial en color del campo de formación de imágenes microscópicas, mapeando la primera de las tres imágenes a un canal rojo de la imagen microscópica artificial en color, mapeando una segunda de las tres imágenes a un segundo canal de color de la imagen microscópica artificial en color, y mapeando una tercera de las tres imágenes a un tercer canal de color de la imagen microscópica artificial en color.
