Una hoja de acero laminada en frío tratada térmicamente con una composición compuesta por los siguientes elementos, 0.1 % = Carbono = 0.25 %, 2.15 % = Manganeso = 3.0 %, 1 % = Silicio = 0.8 %, 0.1 % = Aluminio = 0.9 %, 0.05 % = Cromo = 0.5 %, 0 % = Fósforo = 0.09 %, 0 % = Azufre = 0.09 %, 0 % = Nitrógeno = 0.09 %, 2.4 % = C + Mn = 3 %, 0% = Niobio = 0.1 %, 0% = Titanio = 0.1 %, 0 % = Vanadio = 0.1 %, 0 % = Molibdeno = 1 %, 0 % = Níquel = 1 %, 0 % = Calcio = 0.005 %, 0 % = Boro = 0.01 %, 0 % = Cerio = 0.1 %, 0 % = Magnesio = 0.05 %, 0 % = Zirconio = 0.05 % el resto se compone de hierro e impurezas inevitables, la microestructura de la hoja de acero comprende 20 % a 70 % de martensita, 5 % a 60 % de ferrita intercrítica, 5 % a 30 % de ferrita transformada, 8 % a 20 % de austenita residual y 1 % a 20 % de bainita, donde la cantidad acumulada de ferrita intercrítica y transformada es de entre 15 % y 65 %.
