Abstract
Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye codificar un flujo de bits que comprende una o más capas de imágenes codificadas. Un conjunto de parámetros de video (VPS) también se codifica en el flujo de bits. El VPS incluye cada capa que es una bandera de conjunto de capas de salida (OLS) (each_layer_is_an_ols_flag) cuando todas las capas especificadas por el VPS se codifican de forma independiente sin predicción inter-capa.
