Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan ácidos nucleicos recombinantes que codifican proteínas de fusión del receptor de linfocitos T (TCR) (TFP) y un dominio constante de TCR, linfocitos T modificados que expresan las moléculas codificadas y métodos de uso de estos para el tratamiento de enfermedades, incluido el cáncer.
