Abstract
Sistemas de bombas centrífugas y métodos relacionados se describen en la presente que pueden cambiar un punto de mejor eficiencia de una bomba en base a una o más condiciones operativas para poner en operación más eficientemente y/o ajustarse a una gama más amplia de condiciones. En algunas modalidades, se pueden disponer un primer y un segundo collarín dentro de la voluta adaptable. La rotación del primer componente puede mover axialmente el segundo componente, lo cual puede expandir o contraer la dimensión axial de la voluta adaptable.
