Abstract

Un codificador (100) incluye circuitería y memoria acoplada a la circuitería. El proceso de conversión es un proceso para convertir el valor del coeficiente al usar un valor determinado al usar coeficientes vecinos localizados alrededor del coeficiente en el bloque. Cuando no se codifica la bandera de información de coeficiente, no se realiza el proceso de conversión, y se codifica el valor del coeficiente por codificación Golomb-Rice.
