Abstract

Método implementado mediante medios informáticos para caracterizar elementos ópticos de un elemento lente adaptado para una persona, comprendiendo el elemento lente: - una base que comprende un área de refracción que tiene una potencia de refracción basada en una graduación para corregir una refracción anormal de un ojo de la persona; y - una pluralidad de elementos ópticos configurados de modo que al menos uno de ralenticen, retarden o impidan un progreso de la refracción anormal del ojo de la persona; en el que el método comprende obtener una representación bidimensional de la potencia óptica local del elemento lente usando un método de deflectometría de franjas, y en el que las imágenes usadas para el método de deflectometría de franjas consisten en píxeles menores que o iguales a 0.05 mm x 0.05 mm.
