Abstract
PROCESSO E MÁQUINA DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA LENTE OFTÁLMICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de uma lente oftálmica (10) tendo pelo menos uma função óptica, caracterizado por compreender: a etapa de fabricação de forma aditiva (100) da referida lente oftálmica (10) através da deposição de uma pluralidade de elementos de volume predeterminados de pelo menos um material possuindo um índice de refracção predeterminado, de acordo com um envelope geométrico alvo; a etapa de determinar um envelope geométrico real, pelo menos uma vez durante a implementação da referida etapa de fabricar de forma aditiva (100); e a etapa de desencadear uma ação corretiva, se existe na área uma diferença maior do que um limiar predeterminado entre o referido envelope geométrico alvo e o referido envelope geométrico real.
