Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para inducir saciedad en una persona, comprendiendo dicho método administrar a la persona una composición que comprende lípido, proteína e hidratos de carbono digeribles; en el que el lípido comprende: i. del 30 al 90 % en peso de grasa vegetal, y ii. del 10 al 70% en peso de grasa de leche de mamíferos, en el que todos los % en peso se basan en el lípido total de la composición, caracterizado por que el lípido está presente en forma de glóbulos lipídicos con el % en volumen de glóbulos lipídicos con un diámetro por debajo de 2 µm que está por encima del 60%.
