Abstract

A method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises an annealing step of carrying out the reduction annealing of a steel sheet having an Si content of 1.0 to 3.0% by mass inclusive at a temperature equal to or higher than the A3 point of the steel sheet in an atmosphere having a temperature equal to or higher than a temperature lower by 20°C or more than the dew point and a hot-dip galvanization step of introducing the annealed steel sheet in a zinc plating bath to form a zinc plating layer on the surface of the steel sheet, wherein the temperature of the steel sheet at which the steel sheet is introduced in the plating bath is 390°C or lower.
