Abstract

Un dispositivo de enfriamiento que incluye: una vía de flujo de resina (10) que está provista de una porción de espacio (10A) que sirve como una vía de flujo en por lo menos una superficie; un panel de enfriamiento de metal (20) para enfriar un elemento calefactor, el cual cubre la porción de espacio (10A) y del que por lo menos una parte está en contacto con la vía de flujo de resina (10); y un miembro de unión de resina (30) para unir la vía de flujo de resina (10) y el panel de enfriamiento de metal (20), en donde el panel de enfriamiento de metal (20) tiene una estructura fina e irregular por lo menos sobre una superficie de una porción de unión con el miembro de unión de resina (30), y el panel de enfriamiento de metal (20) y el miembro de unión de resina (30) se unen al permitir que una parte del miembro de unión de resina (30) entre en la estructura fina e irregular.
