Abstract
La presente descripción relaciona un filtro, un codificador y un decodificador que usa el filtro, un método de filtrado y un programa correspondiente, así como la codificación y decodificación usando el método de filtrado o el filtro. El filtrado incluye la obtención de un bloque reconstruido extendido extendiendo el bloque reconstruido actual para incluir al menos muestras de relleno del bloque reconstruido actual.
