Abstract

Se proporciona un método para realizar el modo de omisión de transformación (TSM por sus siglas en inglés) en un decodificador de vídeo. Un decodificador de vídeo recibe datos de un flujo de bits para ser decodificado como una pluralidad de imágenes de vídeo. El decodificador de vídeo analiza el flujo de bits para un primer elemento de sintaxis en un conjunto de parámetros de secuencia (SPS por sus siglas en inglés) de una secuencia actual de imágenes de vídeo. Cuando el primer elemento de sintaxis indica que el modo de omisión de transformación está permitido para la secuencia actual de imágenes de vídeo y cuando el modo de omisión de transformación se utiliza para un bloque actual en una imagen actual de la secuencia actual, el decodificador de vídeo reconstruye el bloque actual utilizando señales residuales cuantizados que no se transforman.
