Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a métodos de decodificación y codificación al igual que a aparatos de decodificación y codificación y a un programa. En particular, se determina un tipo de partición de una unidad de codificación (coding unit, CU) objeto. El tipo de partición es ya sea un tipo de partición única, en donde una unidad de codificación objeto se particiona en una CU única que incluye un bloque de codificación (coding block, CB) de luma, y dos CBs de croma, o un tipo de partición separada, en donde una unidad de codificación objeto se particiona en una CU de luma separada que incluye solo un CB de luma y una CU de croma que incluye solo dos CBs de croma. Con base en el tipo de partición de la CU objeto, la CU objeto y una información de codificación de paleta asociada se decodifican de un flujo de bits (en caso del método/aparato de decodificación) o se insertan en el flujo de bits (en el caso del método/aparato de codificación).
