Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para enfriar un material de laminación de metal (1) laminado en un tren de laminación, que tiene múltiples dispositivos de enfriamiento (4), a los que se suministra agua (5) mediante una línea de derivación respectiva (7) y por medio de la cual el agua (5) se aplica al material de laminación (1). Las líneas de derivación (7) están equipadas con una válvula respectiva (8), por medio de la cual se regula el flujo de agua que fluye a través de la línea de derivación respectiva (7). Cada una de las válvulas (8) está emparejada con un accionamiento (9), a través del cual se acciona la válvula respectiva (8). Los dispositivos de enfriamiento (4) forman múltiples grupos, de los cuales cada uno está emparejado con un recipiente a presión dedicado (10) de manera patentada. Cada recipiente a presión (10) se conecta a una línea de alimentación respectiva (12) en un punto de conexión respectivo (11), y el agua (5) se suministra a las líneas de derivación (7) de los dispositivos de enfriamiento (4) del grupo correspondiente mediante la línea de alimentación. Cuando se ve en la dirección de flujo del agua (5), cada punto de conexión (11) se dispone corriente arriba de las válvulas (8) del grupo respectivo de dispositivos de enfriamiento (4).
