Claims (26)

1. Шар для гидравлического компонента, содержащий:
сферическое тело (10; 50), имеющее по меньшей мере один первый сквозной канал (11; 51), который проходит вдоль первой оси (A; A1);
по меньшей мере один регулирующий поток элемент (13; 53), расположенный вдоль первого сквозного канала (11; 51).
2. Шар по п. 1, в котором регулирующий поток элемент (13; 53) содержит по меньшей мере один распылительный элемент.
3. Шар по п. 1, в котором регулирующий поток элемент (13; 53) содержит по меньшей мере один рассекатель струи.
4. Шар по любому одному из пп. 1-3, содержащий обратный клапан (52), расположенный вдоль первого сквозного канала (51) таким образом, чтобы позволить прохождение потока в направлении регулирующего поток элемента (53) и блокировать прохождение потока, идущего от регулирующего поток элемента (53).
5. Шар по любому одному из пп. 1-4, содержащий по меньшей мере один второй сквозной канал (35, 36; 54), который проходит вдоль второй оси (B; B1), поперечной первой оси (A; A1).
6. Шар по п. 5, в котором вторая ось (B, C; B1) ортогональна первой оси (A; A1).
7. Шар по п. 5 или 6, в котором первый сквозной канал (11; 51) и второй сквозной канал (35, 36; 54) отделены друг от друга по текучей среде.
8. Шар по п. 7, в котором первый сквозной канал (51) пересекает второй сквозной канал (54).
9. Шар по п. 7, в котором второй сквозной канал (35, 36) проходит частично вокруг первого сквозного канала (11).
10. Шар по п. 9, в котором второй сквозной канал (35, 36) имеет по существу дугообразное поперечное сечение.
11. Шар по любому одному из пп. 6-10, содержащий третий сквозной канал (36, 35), который проходит вдоль третьей оси (C, B), поперечной первой оси (A) и отличающейся от второй оси (B, C).
12. Шар по п. 11, в котором третья ось (C, B) по существу параллельна второй оси (B, C).
13. Шар по п. 11 или 12, в котором третий сквозной канал (36, 35) является симметричным второму сквозному каналу (35, 36) относительно первой оси (A).
14. Шар по любому одному из пп. 11-13, в котором третий сквозной канал (36, 35) имеет сечение, по существу идентичное сечению второго сквозного канала (35, 36).
15. Регулирующая поток вставка, содержащая:
основной корпус (4), имеющий первый соединитель (5) и второй соединитель (6), которые выровнены вдоль основной оси (E), и посадочное место (7), сообщающееся по текучей среде с первым соединителем (5) и вторым соединителем (6);
шар (2; 32; 42), размещенный в посадочном месте (7) и выполненный с возможностью движения внутри посадочного места (7),
причем шар (2; 32; 42) представляет собой шар по любому одному из пп. 1-14.
16. Вставка по п. 15, содержащая исполнительный элемент (8), соединенный с шаром (2; 32; 42) таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возможность избирательного поворота шара (2; 32; 42) вокруг оси (F), ортогональной основной оси (E).
17. Вставка по п. 15 или 16, в которой исполнительный элемент (8) выполнен с возможностью обеспечения движения шара (2; 32; 42) между первым положением, в котором основная ось (E) по существу совпадает с первой осью (A; A1) первого канала (11; 51) шара (2; 32; 42), и по меньшей мере вторым положением, в котором первая ось (A; A1) первого канала (11; 51) шара (2; 32; 42) ортогональна основной оси (E).
18. Кран, содержащий выпускную трубу (71), питающую трубу (72) и клапан (73), расположенный между выпускной трубой (71) и питающей трубой (72), причем клапан (73) представляет собой шаровой клапан, имеющий шар (2; 32; 42) по любому одному из пп. 1-14.
19. Кран, содержащий выпускную трубу (71), питающая труба (72) и клапан (73), расположенный между выпускной трубой (71) и питающей трубой (72), причем кран содержит по меньшей мере одну регулирующую поток вставку (1; 31; 41) по любому одному из пп. 15-17.
20. Кран по п. 19, в котором регулирующая поток вставка (1; 31; 41) располагается выше по потоку от клапана (73).
21. Кран по п. 19 или 20, в котором регулирующая поток вставка (1; 31; 41) располагается на выходе из выпускной трубы (71).
