Abstract

Se da a conocer un proceso para la purificación de la LNnT (lacto-N-neotetraosa) a partir de un caldo de fermentación, en donde el proceso comprende someter un caldo de fermentación a un primer paso de filtración por membrana, con lo que se proporciona de esta forma una solución filtrada; someter dicha solución filtrada a un segundo paso de cromatografía de lecho móvil simulado, con lo que se obtiene una solución purificada de la misma; a continuación someter esta solución purificada a un tercer paso de cristalización, con lo que se obtienen cristales que contienen la LNnT de interés, y someter los cristales a un cuarto y último paso de secado, con lo que se proporciona de esta forma un polvo altamente purificado de la LNnT.
