Abstract
En el presente documento se proporcionan métodos de identificación de estructuras, por ejemplo, atributos, de una proteína terapéutica o una diana, que afectan a una interacción entre la proteína terapéutica y la diana. En realizaciones ilustrativas, el método comprende: (a) aplicar un estrés a una primera muestra que comprende proteínas terapéuticas o dianas; (b) poner en contacto la primera muestra con una segunda muestra que comprende dianas o proteínas terapéuticas para formar una mezcla que comprende (i) complejos de proteína terapéutica-diana, (ii) proteínas terapéuticas no unidas y (iii) dianas no unidas; y (c) separar la mezcla en al menos dos fracciones, en donde una fracción no unida comprende proteínas terapéuticas no unidas o dianas no unidas y una fracción unida comprende complejos de proteína terapéutica-diana; y (d) para cada una de la fracción no unida y la fracción unida, identificar y cuantificar la abundancia de las estructuras, por ejemplo, un atributo, presentes en una especie de la proteína terapéutica o diana.
