Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para programar un robot de recubrimiento controlado por un programa (2) para recubrir componentes, que comprende los siguientes pasos: - establecimiento previo de una trayectoria de robot la cual será recorrida por un punto de impacto de pintura de un aplicador (1) guiado por el robot de recubrimiento (2) en la operación de recubrimiento, - establecimiento previo de los parámetros de aplicación que serán observados por el aplicador (1) y el robot de recubrimiento (2) en la operación de recubrimiento real durante el movimiento a lo largo de la trayectoria de robot, y - determinación virtual de un resultado de recubrimiento para la trayectoria de robot predeterminada y los parámetros de aplicación predeterminados. La invención proporciona los siguientes pasos para la determinación virtual del resultado del recubrimiento: - generación de datos del patrón de atomización real y/o lectura de los datos del patrón de atomización real de una base de datos (4) como función de la trayectoria de robot predeterminada y/o los parámetros de aplicación predeterminados, reproduciendo la lectura de los datos del patrón de atomización reales un patrón de atomización el cual genera el aplicador (1) durante la operación de recubrimiento real con los parámetros de aplicación predeterminados y/o sobre la trayectoria de robot predeterminada, y - determinación del resultado del recubrimiento tomando en consideración los datos del patrón de atomización reales leídos de la base de datos (4) o los datos del patrón de atomización generados. Además, la invención comprende un sistema de revestimiento correspondiente.
