Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto granular a base de arginina o sus derivados, comprende un núcleo interno en el que está sustancialmente concentrada la arginina y un recubrimiento para cubrir y proteger el núcleo interno, en donde el revestimiento está formado por una matriz lipídica que comprende una fracción en peso igual o superior al 60% de glicéridos de ácidos grasos saturados C16 y C18 y una fracción en peso de una sal mineral de alginato entre 0.5% y 3%.
