Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la detección y cuantificación de fosfomicina y de sus impurezas y/o productos de degradación en muestras de fosfomicina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable o en composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden fosfomicina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable. La presente invención además se refiere a un proceso de fabricación de fosfomicina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable que tiene un grado de pureza especificada, así como a la fosfomicina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable obtenidas. La presente invención además se refiere a un proceso de fabricación de una composición farmacéutica que comprende fosfomicina o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable y al menos un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable que tiene un grado de pureza especificada, así como a la composición farmacéutica obtenida.
