Abstract
La presente invención es proporcionar un grupo Bases de Schiff de boro (BOSCHIBAS) derivados de a-aminoácidos (Glicina, Triptófano, Fenilalanina) que son sintetizadas por condensación de ácido difenilborónico (generado in situ) con sus correspondientes ligandos, además se provee su uso como agentes fluorescentes de tinción celular dual para nucleolos y citoplasma, ya que dichas bases presentan propiedades fotofísicas adecuadas y baja toxicidad, lo que permite utilizarlas como biomarcadores fluorescentes en células para microscopía confocal y los convierte en buenos candidatos para ser utilizados en el diagnóstico médico.
