Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a composiciones, dispositivos y métodos para el suministro de agentes terapéuticos proteicos, por ejemplo, el suministro intravítreo de un agente terapéutico proteico al ojo. En particular, la presente divulgación describe dispositivos para suministro farmacológico para la inyección al ojo de un sujeto en necesidad de ello, que comprenden una cápsula que tiene una pared de dos capas y un agente terapéutico, en donde el agente terapéutico se presenta inicialmente dentro de un espacio luminal de la cápsula. También se describen métodos de producción y uso de estos dispositivos para suministro farmacológico.
