Abstract
Escáner CT que comprende un transportador de escaneo (9) montado en una estructura de soporte y configurado para mover un objeto (3) para examen CT hacia adelante a través de un área de escaneo (8), un transportador de entrada (10) configurado para transportar el objeto hasta que la cámara de escaneo (2) y un transportador de salida (11) configurado para transportar un objeto (3) fuera de la cámara de escaneo (2), en donde el transportador de entrada (10), el transportador de escaneo (9) y el transportador de salida (11) se configuran para mover hacia adelante el objeto (3) colocado en una unidad de soporte (19) separada mecánicamente por lo tanto, y en donde el transportador de escaneo (9) se configura para hacer girar la unidad de soporte (19) y el objeto (3) en sí mismos a medida que viajan a través del área de escaneo (8). El transportador de entrada (10) y el transportador de salida (11) están equipados con blindajes configurados de tal manera que interceptan todos los rayos X emitidos desde el área de escaneo (8) que escapan de la cámara de escaneo (2) hacia los transportadores.
