Abstract
Sistema de detección, obtención imágenes y tratamiento o eliminación de neoplasias, patologías u otras anomalías, que se excita a través de rayos X biomarcados con nano partículas metálicas, que comprende: una estructura externa de soporte 600 con blindaje que comprende: un sistema confocal (1000) que comprende una estructura externa blindada (67, 75), la cual en su interior comprende: un dispositivo convergente de rayos-X de exploración (100), un sistema de detección (200) para fotones X con colimadores solidarios y confocales al primer dispositivo, un segundo dispositivo convergente de tratamiento (300) solidario a la misma estructura confocal (100 y 200) y una estructura soportante (400) que contiene al dispositivo convergente de rayos-X de exploración (100), al sistema de detección (200) y al segundo dispositivo convergente de tratamiento (300), que proyectan a un único punto focal y que asegura que estén confocal; una estructura de barrido 3D controlado (500) mueve una camilla y/o punto focal en donde se concentra la radiación ionizante; un sistema electrónico de control que comprende: una electrónica programable (700) permite el funcionamiento del dispositivo de haz convergente, el funcionamiento de los detectores (2) y los movimientos del sistema de barrido 3D; y un tomógrafo computado CI (2000) que comprende de colimadores, tubo de rayos-X y detectores se incorpora en la misma estructura (600); y método asociado.
