Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para determinar un inicio de la relajación (tR) cuando se conmuta un dispositivo de pantalla óptica (1) controlable píxel a píxel de una imagen de quemado (EB') a una imagen de relajación (RB). En donde, un área de la imagen de activación (TB) que tiene al menos un píxel de imagen se establece en valores de píxeles de modo que un parámetro determinado en función del valor de al menos un píxel en el área de la imagen de activación (TB) difiera entre la imagen de quemado (EB') y la imagen de relajación (RB). La distribución local de un valor de escala de grises se registra continuamente por medio de una cámara (3, 13). Se define un subcampo de activación (20) que comprende al menos un píxel del sensor (15) que coincide con el área de la imagen de activación (TB). Un parámetro de activación (T) se determina continuamente a partir de los valores de píxel del al menos un píxel del sensor (15) en el subcampo de activación (20) con una frecuencia de reloj de activación y el inicio de la relajación (tR) se determina como el punto en el tiempo en el que el parámetro de activación determinado continuamente (T) cruza el valor de umbral de activación (TS). La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo y a un método para determinar el comportamiento de quemado de un dispositivo de pantalla (1) así como al uso de dicho método para una pantalla (1) determinada para su aplicación en un vehículo.
