Abstract

La modalidad de la presente solicitud se relaciona con un método de transmisión de datos y un dispositivo terminal; el método comprende: si un dispositivo terminal determina, de acuerdo con la primera información de configuración, realizar un primer tipo de transmisión en un recurso de transmisión objetivo, y determina, de acuerdo con la segunda información de configuración, realizar un segundo tipo de transmisión en el recurso de transmisión objetivo, el dispositivo terminal determina si el primer tipo de transmisión o el segundo tipo de transmisión es un tipo de transmisión objetivo de acuerdo con una primera regla preestablecida, en donde el primer tipo de transmisión es una transmisión de enlace lateral entre el dispositivo terminal y el otro dispositivo terminal, y el segundo tipo de transmisión es una transmisión de enlace ascendente o una transmisión de enlace descendente entre el dispositivo terminal y un dispositivo de red; y realizar la transmisión de datos en el recurso de transmisión objetivo utilizando el tipo de transmisión objetivo; el método de transmisión de datos y el dispositivo terminal de la modalidad de la presente solicitud pueden asignar recursos de una manera razonable cuando se produce un conflicto entre una transmisión de enlace lateral y una transmisión de enlace ascendente o descendente.
