Abstract
La pirólisis ionizante química ultrarrápida (FCIP) a 450 °C-600 °C forma pirolizado ionizante líquido (LIP) que puede mezclarse en materia prima de crudo para procesos térmicos para promover la conversión de hidrocarburos más pesados para reducir los rendimientos de crudo residual/coque y/o aumentar los rendimientos de hidrocarburos líquidos e isomerados y/o reducir el contenido de azufre; un proceso de refinería inicial modifica el crudo petrolífero con LIP para la destilación para reducir los rendimientos de crudo residual/coque y/o aumentar los rendimientos de crudo líquido; un proceso posterior modifica una corriente de crudo pesado tal como un crudo residual con LIP y la corriente modificada por LIP puede procesarse térmicamente para reducir los rendimientos de crudo residual/coque y/o aumentar los rendimientos de crudo líquido; la FCIP de mezclas de LIP también mejora la calidad y/o los rendimientos del producto de LIP; los sólidos de FCIP divididos finamente pueden contener FeCb soportado en bentonita de calcio tratada con NaCl. Un proceso para preparar sólidos de FCIP trata el hierro con HCl y HNO3 para formar FeCl3 acidificado de solubilidad limitada, carga FeCl3 en bentonita tratada con NaCl, y trata con calor el material.
