Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sensor de radar de resolución de ángulo con un arreglo de antena (10) que tiene un número (N) de elementos de antena (12) que se desplazan entre sí en una dirección de escaneo (y), un dispositivo de formación de haz digital (20) y un dispositivo de estimación de ángulo (22) que se diseña para estimar un ángulo con base en la señal del dispositivo de formación de haz (20). La invención se caracteriza porque la abertura (A) del arreglo de antena (10) es mayor que (N-l)/2 en unidades de longitud de onda (?), y las distancias de centro a centro entre elementos de antena adyacentes (12) varían pero no por más de un grado especificado del valor A/(N-1).
