Abstract
Métodos y sistemas para preparar bebidas fermentadas refinadas, incluidas las bebidas de malta neutra, que tienen niveles reducidos o insignificantes de ácidos orgánicos, particularmente ácido acético, en relación con la cerveza clara y otras bebidas fermentadas sin tratar.
