Abstract
Las modalidades de esta solicitud se relacionan con el campo de las tecnologías de codificación y describen un método de codificación de nubes de puntos, un método de decodificación de nubes de puntos, un codificador y un decodificador, para proporcionar soluciones técnicas para codificar y decodificar datos de nubes de puntos de manera efectiva.
