Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para fabricar una parte moldeada de plástico de múltiples componentes (200) y un utillaje para este fin, en donde el método incluye una primera etapa de moldeo por inyección (10) para moldear al menos una preforma (11) y una segunda etapa de moldeo por inyección (20) para moldear al menos un segundo componente (21) sobre la preforma (11), mientras que la primer y segunda etapa de moldeo por inyección (10, 20) se realizan con una máquina de moldeo por inyección incluyendo un primer semimolde exterior (12) y al menos un segundo semimolde exterior (22) colocados sobre lados opuestos de un bloque portador giratorio (40), el bloque portador (40) teniendo al menos cuatro lados laterales (41) incluyendo cada uno un semimolde interior (42), y mientras que el método incluye al menos las siguientes etapas: a) moldear por inyección simultánea la preforma (11) en la primera etapa de moldeo por inyección (10) y el segundo componente (21) en la segunda etapa de moldeo por inyección (20); b) abrir la máquina de moldeo por inyección al mover el primer y segundo semimolde exterior (12, 22) separados del bloque portador giratorio (40); c) sacar la preforma (11) de la primera etapa de moldeo por inyección (10) y sacar la parte moldeada de plástico (200) de la segunda etapa de moldeo por inyección (10) al girar el bloque portador (40), d) enfriar la preforma (11) mientras se lleva por el semimolde interior (42) sobre el bloque portador (40) por medio de un medio de enfriamiento (32) y retirar la parte moldeada de plástico (200) del semimolde interior (42) sobre el bloque portador (40) por medio de un medio de manipulación (51).
