Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sensores de película delgada orgánica y a la preparación y el uso de los mismos en aplicaciones de detección, y en particular en la detección de glucosa. El sensor se caracteriza por una estructura estratificada que comprende una capa de mecha porosa cuya superficie está configurada para recibir una muestra líquida. Se dispone una enzima sobre o dentro de la capa porosa para facilitar la generación de un portador de carga a partir de un analito. Una capa de polímero en contacto con la capa porosa está conectada a un conductor óhmico para aplicar un voltaje de compuerta a la capa de polímero, siendo la capa de polímero conductora para el portador de carga; y una capa semiconductora orgánica está conectada a un electrodo de fuente y un electrodo de drenaje.
