Abstract
La invención se puede utilizar en la producción de refuerzo pretensado. El problema de interés consiste en desarrollar un cable de refuerzo con un mayor grado de unión, teniendo dicho cable una estabilidad estructural garantizada y proporcionando un mayor grado de unión con el hormigón, durabilidad y resistencia a la relajación de tensión. En un cable de refuerzo, un alambre central (1) está dispuesto a lo largo del eje del cable y está configurado con ranuras en espiral (2) que tienen un paso que es igual al paso de la disposición del cable. Los alambres trenzados de una capa interior están dispuestos dentro de las ranuras, estando cada uno de dichos alambres en contacto con el alambre central y con dos alambres adyacentes de la capa interior. Los alambres trenzados están dispuestos helicoidalmente a intervalos iguales entre si en una capa exterior, cada uno de dichos alambres está dispuesto en una ranura entre los alambres trenzados de la capa interior y en contacto con esta última.
