Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con tabletas de caldo, en particular con un proceso para preparar una tableta de caldo. El proceso comprende una masa de sal y salvado coprocesada y mezclar dicha masa de sal y salvado coprocesada con al menos un ingrediente adicional seleccionado del grupo que consiste en sal, azúcar, MSG, saborizantes, rellenos, aceite, grasa o cualquier combinación de estos que resulta en una masa seca y prensar la masa seca en una tableta.
