Un proceso novedoso, alternativo de bajo costo de síntesis para la producción de ácido carmínico in vitro mediante el uso de células de la hemolinfa del insecto Dactylopius coccus Costa (insectos cochinilla o grana cochinilla) para su empleo en la industria de los colorantes que se emplean para alimentos, cosméticos, farmacéuticos y textiles.
