Abstract

Un sistema para optimizar una operación de funcionamiento tubular (TRO), en la cual se coloca una sarta de funcionamiento en un pozo, incluye sensores ubicados en el sitio del pozo, más uno o más procesadores, pantallas, y dispositivos de entrada de usuario, que pueden estar en el sitio del pozo o en cualquier otra parte. Los sensores están configurados para medir parámetros de la sarta de funcionamiento que incluyen la posición de la sarta de funcionamiento dentro del pozo, las tasas de funcionamiento y rotación, y las cargas que actúan en la parte superior de la sarta de funcionamiento. Con base en esta información, el(los) procesador(es) realiza(n) análisis de torsión y arrastre (TDA) en la dirección de arriba hacia abajo para estimar las cargas en el interior del pozo en componentes de sarta de funcionamiento seleccionados por el usuario, tomando en cuenta incertidumbres de medición y modelado.
