Abstract

La presente solicitud describe un método de transmisión de datos y un dispositivo terminal. El método comprende: un dispositivo terminal que recibe primera señalización, la primera señalización indica al dispositivo terminal que transmita un primer canal físico de enlace ascendente en un primer recurso; el dispositivo terminal determina si un parámetro de transmisión para transmitir el primer canal físico de enlace ascendente cumple una condición preestablecida; y el dispositivo terminal que porta un primer tipo de datos en el primer canal físico de enlace ascendente y realiza transmisión si el parámetro de transmisión cumple la condición preestablecida, el primer tipo de datos que son datos basados en transmisión libre de concesiones. De este modo, se determinan recursos programados por un dispositivo de red, para determinar si se transmiten datos de transmisión libre de concesiones en los recursos programados por el dispositivo de red o se transmiten los datos en recursos para transmisión libre concesiones, de modo que es posible seleccionar de forma flexible recursos al recibir información de autorización del enlace ascendente cuando hay recursos para transmisión sin licencia, para realizar de manera eficiente transmisión de datos.
