Abstract

Sistemas y metodos para la deteccion de iones en muestras; en una modalidad, el sistema incluye un sensor de transistor de efecto campo y un controlador electronico; el sensor de transistor de efecto campo esta en contacto con la muestra e incluye un primer electrodo y un segundo electrodo; el controlador electronico esta acoplado al sensor de transistor de efecto campo; el controlador electronico esta configurado para aplicar una senal de excitacion de onda de pulso al primer electrodo; el controlador electronico tambien esta configurado para recibir una senal de respuesta del segundo electrodo; el controlador electronico esta configurado ademas para determinar una caracteristica electrica del sensor de transistor de efecto campo con base en la señal de respuesta; el controlador electronico tambien esta configurado para determinar una cantidad de los iones en la muestra con base en la caracteristica electrica del sensor de transistor de efecto campo.
