Abstract
Se describen diferentes implementaciones para determinar uno o más parámetros de compensación de iluminación para un bloque actual codificado por un codificador de video o decodificado por un decodificador de video, con base en la selección de una o más muestras vecinas. La selección de la una o más muestras vecinas se basa en información usada para reconstruir una pluralidad de bloques reconstruidos vecinos. La selección puede basarse en la información de movimiento, tal como el vector de movimiento e información de imagen de referencia. En un ejemplo, solo se seleccionan muestras de bloques reconstruidos vecinos que tienen (1) el mismo índice de imagen de referencia y/o (2) un vector de movimiento cercano al vector de movimiento del bloque actual. En otro ejemplo, si el bloque actual deriva o hereda alguna información de movimiento de un bloque vecino superior o izquierdo, entonces solo las muestras vecinas superior o izquierda se seleccionan para el cálculo del parámetro de IC.
