Abstract
La presente invención proporciona composiciones y métodos novedosos y efectivos para promover el crecimiento de plantas fotosíntéticas verdes, en particular plantas superiores. El método depende de aplicar compuestos que comprenden agua infundida con dióxido de carbono como una pulverización foliar a la planta y sus hojas, donde el compuesto incrementa los niveles de dióxido de carbono intracelular en una cantidad suficiente para inhibir la fotorrespiración dentro de las células vegetales y, por consiguiente, potenciar el crecimiento de la planta.
